Oikos United is a custom software studio based in Central Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep this short because we collect very little.

Information you give us

The only information you actively share with us is what you type into our contact form: your name, your email address, an optional organization name, and your message. We use this solely to read your message and reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Oikos United, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your message is handled

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to our team inbox at hello@oikosunited.com and may also be stored in our internal studio system so we can track and respond to it. We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to correspond with you and maintain our records, and we remove them when they are no longer needed.

Spam protection

To keep automated spam off the form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. It checks that a submission comes from a real person rather than a bot. It does not track you across websites.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. It is privacy-first and does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not collect any personally identifying information.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a copy, or to ask us to delete it. Email hello@oikosunited.com and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
